Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of the ShyAI Android app, service, characters, and conversations. By creating an account or using ShyAI, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Standards.

You must be at least 18 years old. ShyAI is not directed to children. Registration requires an age self-attestation.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and tell us if you believe your account is compromised. Do not sell, automate, or transfer access in a way that bypasses age, identity, quota, moderation, or security controls. We may require re-authentication for export, deletion, or credential changes.

3. What ShyAI provides

ShyAI provides private text conversations with fictional AI characters, public character discovery, character creation, reporting and blocking tools, and privacy controls. Features, models, quotas, and availability may change.

AI output is probabilistic and can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or upsetting. Treat it as fictional entertainment, not medical, legal, financial, emergency, or factual advice. A character cannot act in the real world or contact emergency services.

4. Your content

You keep rights you already hold in submitted text and media. You grant ShyAI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, format, transmit, moderate, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and enforce the service or meet legal duties.

You must have permission to submit content. Do not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights. Public characters publish only after required automated checks allow them.

5. Acceptable use

Follow the Community Standards. You may not use ShyAI to harm, threaten, exploit, defraud, impersonate, harass, expose private data, enable serious wrongdoing, distribute malware, scrape the service, or evade moderation, quota, age, reporting, or security controls.

6. Moderation and enforcement

Automated systems check character content and avatar uploads. Human reviewers decide reports, appeals, and durable enforcement actions. Private chat is not routinely shown to reviewers, but minimum necessary content may be reviewed after a report or appeal, during a narrowly authorized safety investigation, or when required by law.

We may block content, restrict a feature, remove public content, suspend an account, or terminate access based on severity and context.

7. Quota and advertising

The service uses a free reply quota and may show Google AdMob placements outside chat, authentication, legal, account deletion, character creation, and safety flows. Personalized advertising is requested only after required consent. Ads do not receive your prompts or conversation text as targeting context.

8. Ending use

You may stop using ShyAI and delete your account at any time. If you cannot access the app, follow the external deletion instructions. We may suspend access for a material or repeated breach, safety risk, legal requirement, or threat to the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, ShyAI is provided "as is" and "as available," without a warranty that generated content will be accurate, suitable, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for service, safety, provider, or legal changes. Material changes receive notice and renewed acceptance where required. Questions, accessibility requests, and appeals can be sent to support@dublikmax.helioho.st.
